Yes. For information on export procedures and pre-export inspections, please contact the appropriate government department in your country or region.
We also strongly advise researching the local laws and responsibilities involved in importing a vehicle. Understanding all risks and obligations as an importer is essential before proceeding.

How do I find the right vehicle?
The right product matches your preferences in model, color, year, and—most importantly—budget.
Our search engine allows you to filter and sort results by various conditions such as year, quality, and price to help with comparison. If you're unsure, send us a quick inquiry through our Contact Us form or directly get in touch through WhatsApp and we will recommend vehicles that match your preferences.
Payments
How do I make a payment?
Once we agree on purchase terms (CIF/FOB/inspection/etc.), we will issue an invoice including all relevant payment details such as pricing, bank account, terms, and method. If paying by bank transfer, please bring the invoice to your bank to make the payment.
Important: Always send us a TT copy (bank payment receipt) as soon as possible—it is crucial to complete your purchase.
Where can I find your bank account details?
Our bank details are listed on the invoice. If you haven't received one, please request it immediately.
What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept bank transfers. We do not accept L/C, credit cards, or cash payments.
All payments must be made in the invoice currency within the due date. All bank fees are borne by the buyer.
A written bank record is required for each transaction to protect both parties.
What currencies do you accept?
We primarily accept USD, but CNY (RMB) may be accepted in specific cases. Please contact us if you wish to use another currency.
What is a TT copy and where can I get one?
A TT copy (telegraphic transfer slip) is a payment receipt issued by your bank. If your bank doesn’t provide one immediately, a deposit slip can be submitted temporarily.
Can I pay in installments?
No. We require 100% payment by TT before shipment.
Please transfer the full amount through your selected bank and send us the TT copy to initiate shipment.
Your payment is guaranteed by carsforvalue.com and will be held until we confirm the correct vehicle has been shipped. All necessary documents will be sent to you by DHL, and the vehicle should arrive within 35–45 days.
What are the payment deadlines?
Our payment terms have two key deadlines:
- TT copy submission: within 72 hours of invoice issuance
- Payment receipt by our bank: within 120 hours of invoice issuance
If these conditions are not met, the product may be released to other buyers.
How long does it take for my bank transfer to reach your account?
It typically takes at least 3 working days. This is standard for international wire transfers. We will begin processing your order upon payment receipt.
Will you hold the product while my payment is in transit?
Yes, if we receive your TT copy within the 72-hour window, we will hold the vehicle for up to 120 hours, giving time for the transfer to complete. Prompt payment is strongly recommended.
What happens if I miss the payment deadline?
If we do not receive the TT copy within 72 hours or the funds within 120 hours, the product may be released to other customers.
If the payment arrives late, the following may apply:
- A. If the product is still available, we will accept your payment, issue a payment confirmation, and initiate shipment.
- B. If the product is reserved or sold, you have three options:
- B-1. Wait for the reserved item to become available.
- B-2. Choose a similar available product and transfer your payment to that purchase (recommended for faster shipping).
- B-3. Request a refund to your bank account (bank fees are your responsibility). A $150 handling fee will apply.
